What reviewers think
Repeat guests praise the clean rooms, private pool, and welcoming owner. One guest found the RM300 nightly rate overpriced for the limited in-house amenities (no wifi, basic kitchen tools), noise between rooms, and shared-door access that compromised privacy.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Rayyan homestay
4.1(16)✓ Google-verified
Rayyan has earned consistent praise for affordability, clean rooms with air conditioning, and proximity to beach activities, drawing families and budget travellers for years. Recent visits reveal deteriorating maintenance: lizards, dirty dishes, water leaks, and rusted fridge suggest the property needs serious upkeep to match earlier reviews.
