All 14 reviews are five-star. Guests consistently praise the cleanliness, spacious grounds, large pool, and thoughtful owner. The property offers four bedrooms, each with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, plus a full kitchen. A minor caveat: the living room has no air conditioning, which one family found warm.
Guests consistently describe a clean, quiet retreat with all the cooking and recreational kit they need. Kak Rozie earns praise for her warmth and flexibility; most book again. The fishing pond behind the house, proximity to Tanjung Kepah Beach and breakfast stalls, and family-friendly layout draw repeat visits. One note: towels run thin. The homestay sits close to a grocery store and shellfish harvesting spots, attracting both relaxation-seekers and anglers. Air conditioning in each room, BBQ equipment, semi-auto washing machine, and ample parking round out the picture. No major complaints surface across the reviews.
