What reviewers think
Older guests praised cleanliness and King Koil mattresses, but recent reviews paint a dire picture: two one-star complaints describe three-hour check-in waits with zero host response, and a rejected booking where the owner cancelled after confirming, stranding a family from Singapore with no help. The business sits well below the directory average (3.5 vs 4.53 stars) and shows a sharp recent decline in reliability.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
