Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
All 12 reviews are five-star. Guests praise the spacious, clean rooms, affordable rates, and friendly host. WiFi and Netflix access are consistently mentioned as draws. No complaints surface across the available feedback.
Older five-star reviews praised the spacious layout and pool, but recent complaints (past two years) focus heavily on poor maintenance: dirty pool water, stained bedding, filthy toilets, and slow plumbing. The 3.1 rating masks a stark split-guests who visited years ago recommend it; recent visitors regret the stay and feel overcharged for the state of the property.
