What reviewers think
Most guests praise the friendly owner and convenient spot near the train and hospitals, but a recent one-star review flagged serious dust throughout, damaged mattress springs, and only two usable bedrooms despite ads showing three. The cleanliness complaint stands in sharp contrast to older five-star reviews mentioning a clean house.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Guests consistently praise the location near restaurants, shops and transport hubs, plus the clean furnished units with kitchen and pool. But two patterns emerge: overzealous security staff have refused pool access to wet guests and families, and deposit returns have taken weeks despite a stated 24-hour policy, with staff citing system problems.
