Spacious house with pool near town and UiTM Machang, affordable rates. But cleanliness complaints recur-dirty toilets, bathrooms, floors-suggesting inconsistent maintenance.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Recent shift: One-star cleanliness complaint a year ago; subsequent review (8 months ago) positive but minimal. Maintenance issues have persisted since 2-3 years ago.
All three reviews are five-star; reviewers mention spacious, comfortable rooms and appreciate the owner's hospitality. Evidence is limited to brief feedback.
Five-star ratings across all reviews highlight a clean, well-maintained property with a friendly owner. Located directly behind Sultan Yahya Petra Mosque in Machang, it suits families seeking a quiet, religious neighbourhood with local dining nearby, though the water pump can be loud.
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
