What reviewers think
This converted office space offers three bedrooms across a sprawling guesthouse in central Arau, near shops and restaurants. Reviewers praise the responsive owner, fast WiFi, and ample bathrooms and showers. The main trade-off: basic furnishings, limited cooking facilities (only a hot-pot), and some maintenance needs. Best suited for groups prioritising space and location over hotel-style polish.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
