Guests consistently praise the cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful setup: three rooms, working washing machine, iron, clean bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen with hot water. The owner is praised for helpfulness and accommodation of requests. Families note great value, with one three-day stay at RM300 cited as affordable; most call the price reasonable relative to what you get. One reviewer wished for a prayer room in the park, though this is a shared facility issue rather than the homestay itself. No other negatives appear across the 17 recent reviews sampled.
